We will refund you the purchase price without any ifs and buts after we have received the return shipment. Please make sure to clearly mark the return with your name and the order number so that we can refund it immediately and without delay after allocation.

All orders we receive until 5 p.m. on working days are handed over to DPD for collection the very next day. DPD then needs 2-4 working days for delivery. Therefore, the products should normally arrive between 3 and 5 working days after your order. 100% climate neutral shipping.
