In case you are not satisfied, the pickup from the German mainland is free of charge. The mattress pick-up from a German island and from Ausatria 119,00€/piece. We ask our customers from Switzerland, other EU countires and non-EU countries to arrange the return themselves and at their own expense. The refund will be made directly after receipt and examination of the returns.
You can return all other goods at any time without giving reasons within the legal time limit, as long as the goods show no signs of use.
